Qualifications and Benefits

FOR SECURITY GUARD APPLICANTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

*Filipino citizen
*At least high school graduate
*Physically and mentally fit
*Good moral character
*At least twenty one (21) years of age but not more than forty (40) years old
*Has undergone pre-licensing training course
*Height Requirement:
– Male (at least 5 feet 5 inches)
– Female (at least 5 feet 2 inches)

APPLICATION DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

*Duly accomplished SOSIA
*Application Form with 2×2 ID picture (PNPSF01-2005)
*SSS Number – Applicants with no SSS Number shall fill-up SSS Personal Record Form (E-1) and file the same at any SSS Branch for issuance of SSS Number
*Duly accomplished SSS Social Security ID Application Form (E-6)
*Birth Certificate
*High School Diploma

TRAINING – Any of the following:

*Pre-licensing Training Certificate (Authenticated by C, Records Branch)
*Basic ROTC/CMT Certificate
*Retirement Order – for retired PNP/AFP Personnel
*Discharged Order – for former PNP/AFP personnel honorably discharged from the Service

CLEARANCES:

Neuro-Psychiatric Clearance (validated by PNP Health Service)
*Drug Test Clearance
*NBI Clearance
*PNP DI Clearance
*Court Clearance
*Barangay Clearance
*Security Guard Badge

MORALE AND WELFARE PROGRAM FOR GUARDS:
