Guard Force Administration
I – OBJECTIVES:
a. To develop Job Mastery
b. To enhance discipline and courtesy
c. To promote high morale, proficiency, skills, and competence in the performance of their assigned task
d. To learn the art of leadership and to follow lawful orders
II – FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
1. ADMINISTRATION
The activities and program covers discipline, integrity and loyalty to the service. It also involves studies on human behavior that has direct impact on the individual guards with respect to upgrading his/her skills, competency, highest standard and proficiency in out his/her assigned task.
2. OPERATIONS
The program teaches the guards to be alert at all times, to respond to any given situation and to perform their assigned tasks to protect and secure life and property. Above all, the program teaches guards to be disciplined and courteous on and off-duty.
3. TECHNICAL SERVICE
a. Investigation and Report Writing
b. Crime scene and physical evidence
c. Re-orientation of Republic Act 5487 (Private Security Agency Law) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
d. Intelligence work and collection of critical and vital information, including counter intelligence work; and
e. Security Survey, assessment of critical risk and vulnerability analysis of the areas in commercial and industrial complex under contract by the agency to protect and secure from any man-made and natural disasters or calamities.
